Called up because a rat had found it's way into our bathroom cupboard. They said they couldn't attend because there was no evidence there was a rat, such as droppings. There was a rat in the cupboard - what better evidence do they need than the rat itself??? We called another company who came out within half an hour. ADD ON TO MY ORIGINAL COMMENT BEFORE THIS ADD ON - Dear Rentokil, I see you have made a reply to my comment - bit late really, the other person has come out and dealt with the problem already. Good customer service is listening to and dealing with issues when they arise, not making some token online response after you have failed. Please try harder next time.
