Excellent and professional service. Steve and Jack were very efficient in getting rid of the squirrels in my loft. It was a very stressful situation to be in but through visiting my property on a regular basis the job was dealt with quickly and effectively. The two month guarantee also puts your mind at rest and I would highly recommend this company.

I rang them to explain my elderly mother in law was having a major issues with ants nests internally as well as externally to her property. All costs were explained on the phone to me as well as the work that would be carried out. I explained it was urgent and had Jack arrive to carry out the proposed work. My mother in law was instantly put at ease by a very polite and professional man! All work was carried out as described and the cost was as agreed. Fantastic service to eliminate wasps. Call from Jack on Friday evening after I had made an online enquiry, and appointment booked for Saturday morning. Arrived on time, polite, professional, explained what he had done and what would happen to the wasps. Left paperwork and details of how to contact if any issues. Lovely young man, credit to the company!

I called to arrange a booking for a home visit for bee removal. Spoke to Gary and within a few hours I was visited by Jack who was able to provide help and advice regarding removing the bees nesting in the loft.
At the same time Jack also provided help and assistance regarding a new issue with regard to a large rat that had set up home under an outside wall of the house. Three visits were recommended to sort the issue and by the end of the second week the problem had been solved with the use of rat bait and traps.
I have used Sandwell Pest Control Services before and so do highly recommend them as a business.

I had a wasp nest in an old vent on the outside of my house. I called the guys at Sandwell Pest Control and they came out on Saturday as I requested. Fast, efficient and the wasps havn't returned. I'll definitely use them again in future.
