There was a time you didn't pay for Rat problems, now you have to pay...high taxes and now £70 plus for the service NO THANK YOU

Did have to chase appointment but they have returned my call and appointment made.

I used this service for a rental property. I paid in the evening online and I was contacted the following morning and they went out the same day. Kept me upto date with what the issue was. I would recommended using this service - its half the cost of a private pest control company and they get the job done.

Not helpful.

I'm on a very low income and they wanted far too much money, it turned out to be cheaper to call a private company which I found disgusting as the council is heavily funded by council tax and the goverment
