Mark was extremely thorough both internally and externally when trying to locate where mice could be getting into kitchen, and found an unlikely location which proved to be the entry point. Did not want to charge me for a 3rd visit so in order for me to take over he sealed the entry point, left bait and set my traps to catch any remaining mice.

Rats were entering the house. Mark was very knowlegeable in locating the possible route, and highlighted voids in my drains manhole. The drains were baited by Mark and I had the drains repaired. Problem solved. Very happy.
