So today i took my dog to be groomed as the appointment was for 10am. However Rosie was not booked in by the groomer. I explained the appointment was made on her first visit in February as this was her first time here.i was told by the groomer that she’s not trained in doing poodles but Emma is. So the groomer washed and tried to style Rosie but had to wait for Emma to come in. I was reassured that Emma would do Rosie in April. I showed emma how badly Rosie had been cut. Emma looked at the booking in February. Emma said Rosie was just a trim. I was disappointed as I paid £52 for everything. her ears hadn’t been cut her legs were knotted and tail. Even her nails hadn’t been cut even though they said everything was done. All I got was we don’t really do poodles you don’t say !!! Their is no sorry just it weren’t booked in and still I kept on saying I stood and booked. Rosie had her first and last groom here. Please be careful your dog is having a proper cut not a trim or go elsewhere.

We’ve had a nightmare experience from start to finish, from rude unprofessional staff to our 6 month old puppy being given back to us half done because they wanted to go home on a Sunday. We booked to get her in 2 weeks ago was turned away from that appointment because they “didn’t have time” I thought fine at least they’re being honest, the transferred over the £15 deposit as in three words it was “our mistake”. Was supposed to take her 4th august to get a full groom willing to pay the £50. Until yesterday we got a call saying there’s a cancellation do we want today (2pm) so we accepted & when we arrived they were rude, the other dogs in there were crying, (one of the staff said “I can’t be bothered to do his nails) got a call within the hour she had been there saying they can’t finish the job, we went back held our puppy to help them out as of course it was her first experience so she was nervous, although they should know how to work with a puppy. When she came out of the room she was fully shaven, with her head not touched, just 1 single shave mark ip the back of her head, we were told come back Wednesday to get it finished!! They wanted £45 on top of the £15 we had already paid. They managed to get £12 out of us on top of the £15 as we completely forgot about the deposit in the moment. £30 for a Job we had to finish at home. We’re going back tomottow to get the deposit returned, please do not waste your time going to a place where it seems you don’t need any training when grooming a dog. We wanted her first experience to be stress free unfortunately due to the lack of training and communication with the staff this didn’t happen. Not quite sure how they’re still open & running if I’m completely honest.

Groom good. Telephone access very poor. Rings 3 times then says can’t get to the phone. Absolutely nightmare trying to get through.

Cancelled my appointment with 2 days notice after waiting 2 weeks
No alternative appointment given no apology

The make my giant husky a little less giant lol. There very good at what they do and my husky looks so good after a groom. Can't wait for them to be doing non welfare grooms soon as he's booked in for a much need full groom
