Beaumontleys GROOM ROOM.
We’ve had a nightmare experience from start to finish, from rude unprofessional staff to our 6 month old puppy being given back to us half done because they wanted to go home on a Sunday. We booked to get her in 2 weeks ago was turned away from that appointment because they “didn’t have time” I thought fine at least they’re being honest, the transferred over the £15 deposit as in three words it was “our mistake”. Was supposed to take her 4th august to get a full groom willing to pay the £50. Until yesterday we got a call saying there’s a cancellation do we want today (2pm) so we accepted & when we arrived they were rude, the other dogs in there were crying, (one of the staff said “I can’t be bothered to do his nails) got a call within the hour she had been there saying they can’t finish the job, we went back held our puppy to help them out as of course it was her first experience so she was nervous, although they should know how to work with a puppy. When she came out of the room she was fully shaven, with her head not touched, just 1 single shave mark ip the back of her head, we were told come back Wednesday to get it finished!! They wanted £45 on top of the £15 we had already paid. They managed to get £12 out of us on top of the £15 as we completely forgot about the deposit in the moment. £30 for a Job we had to finish at home. We’re going back tomottow to get the deposit returned, please do not waste your time going to a place where it seems you don’t need any training when grooming a dog. We wanted her first experience to be stress free unfortunately due to the lack of training and communication with the staff this didn’t happen. Not quite sure how they’re still open & running if I’m completely honest.
