Having been to at least 3 other groomers in 6yrs of my dogs life, this is the absolute best by far, They all made me and Jack very welcome and introduced him very slowly as little jack is a willful little character. They do not rush him and are very thorough in all they do for him, Im extremely happy with the whole service.

A shambolic company with the worst customer service I have experienced........enquires about my tag and was met by a rude little girl with limited vocabulary only to inform me I had to wait. I told her that the service was not up to scratch. 1 min later I get a call from a Veronica from Romford telling me I had called her staff a bell end !!!!! She went to add that her company only deals with people of English heritage and put the phone down !!!!!!!!

I took my poodle benson here and was amazed at how beautiful he looked excellent service and cheapest place he has been groomed highly recommend thank you was soo happy 👍💙

Alice, Rae and the whole team always make us feel welcome. They provide an excellent service and it's a huge weight off my mind to know that my dogs are in such good hands.

This place is fantastic. I only go for the treats (or rather Jonny literally drags me there) and they have such a wide range of quality natural treats. There's also a plethora of other doggy stuff and I understand the raw food they sell is great. Staff are great and always make a fuss of the dog. Please use this greatnlical business, you won't regret it.

My 11 year old Cairn looks amazing Katy has done the most incredible job on her, I will never go to anyone else and Harris my Jack Russell looks like a pup again, his colours are popping. Thank you so much 10/10 Zoe x
