Absolutely Amazing service, treats the animals well and does not stick them in cages, takes very good care of them and i GUARANTEE once you are done the dog will not want to leave!

I've honestly never received such bad customer service. After noticing some mistakes on my little rescue dog, I contacted the lady who runs this business: I wasn't angry and was hoping that she would be willing to speak further with me, and alter the mistakes. I was not expecting the rude response that I received. She has attacked me personally, and has spent time snooping through my Facebook profile in order to make ludicrous unfounded claims. Please only visit this groomer If you'd be accepting of receiving a poor groom for your dog, because she will not receive you well, no matter how polite you are, if you have concerns. My dog has awful blade marks, uneven lengths of her coat, and a lot of her nails were not clipped. I would have been happy to speak my concerns through with the owner but I was met only with hostility and defensiveness.

Absolutely fantastic! My sweet Chai absolutely loves the care she receives at Yuppy Puppy. She's always smiling. We've been to loads of groomers and carers all over the world, and this is the only place in London I trust! They have my 100% confidence and the confidence and love of my Pomeranian!

Took my shih tzu to the Yuppy Puppy and after some bad experiences at other groomers, I cannot praise them enough! They made my shih tzu feel so comfortable and he looked amazing after! I will not go anywhere else now and have already got some friends taking their dogs here too! I would highly recommend bringing your dog in!

The lady that served me was very nice although her obese son wouldn’t stop staring at my mums cleavage the service was decent whereas the customer service wasn’t great my poodle is very happy

Can't recommend this place enough! Steve had a weekend away at the beach and was super matted as cockapoos get sometimes and she literally sorted him right out without even having to take away any length. He is cuter than ever and you can really tell she loves her doggy clients. 5* all the way!
