They gave our dog the most beautiful cut ever and I was really really happy with the service. They listen to exactly what we wanted and made it 10 times better. I asked her to go short on the face (which is not typical cockerpoo style) and she did it great 👍

So welcoming and truly cares about dog and dog owner’s well being! I came into my appointment 2.5 hrs early as I was juggling toddlers and my pup on a very wet morning. I was welcomed us right in out of the rain and she took care of the groom right then and there no problem. Came back a couple hours later and greeted by a happy dog with a beautiful groom. I look forward to bringing my pup back again!

We love taking our cockapoo to Molly & George. In addition to grooming, they also clean her teeth. They are really lovely and kind and know how to handle a dog that’s anxious being left at the groomers.

Took my dog (a JRT) for his grooming session. This was the second time. Clearly, the groomer did a good job in the first time that's why I went there again.
I had booked my second appointment over a month in advance. Our appointment was for 2pm and I called at 12.30 informing that we will be 5-10 minutes late. At that time, the other lady who picked the call was fine with it. After 15 minutes I got a call from Dami (the groomer) and she asked to come early. I said, not sure. To which she was like ‘oh it’s fine’
We got there by 2.15, coz of traffic. She was so angry. She said, I cannot do teeth clean as I have another appointment for 3. I told her that we had 2 - 4pm slot. To which she got irritated and said, you are 15 minutes late. There is a system. I will see if I can do it or not. Anyway, Dami did not do a good job. It's patchy and it's evident that she just used a clipper and never bothered to give final touches. Clipper marks are visible. Hair around his muzzle are uneven.
Teeth cleaning is not good as well. Plaque is visible. Not happy with the behaviour and the overall service. I payed £80 for everything. It just didn't seem justified.
Definitely not going back. I recommended this place to all my friends in the park and some of them actually went. I am gonna share my review with them as well.
If the management is reading this review, please make sure your groomer knows how to behave with the customer. I would have much appreciated her saying no for the service that day, instead of misbehaving with me.

Great service for my cat.
She normally wouldn’t let me brush her but Dami make her feel at ease from the very first moment.
She removed all the matts, cut her nails, shaved her butt and also cleaned her ears.
Very professional and friendly at the same time.
And prices are great.
I will definitely come back!

I am sorry to say we had a horrible experience at Molly & George. I will preface this review by saying that we do have a slightly anxious dog and their setup (grooming multiple dogs at once) is not ideal for him. This was our first visit here and for this and a number of reasons will be our last.
Upon arrival, Our dog became incredibly stressed and did not want to enter the shop (even with treats which for a very food motivated dog is quite unusually!)
The groomer made no effort to put him at ease and seemed very cold. The groom itself was incredibly uneven with long bits and short bits all over the place and some bits not even cut?
The groomer said he was very badly behaved (growling and snappy) which is quite surprising as our normal groomer has no issues. Our dog left very stressed and on edge. Not a good experience at all!

I took my anxious/nervous dog Lola to Molly & George earlier today. They were fantastic with her, not only does she have a much needed (and great quality) cut, they were fantastic at keeping her calm and relaxed throughout! Thanks so much!
