FOXY GROOMERS

I brought our 7 month old Cockapoo today for a puppy trim. Louis instantly loved this place unlike the other groomer we took him to when he was younger. Sophie was super friendly and very considerate and attentive to every detail asking everything about Louis to make his visit as comfortable as possible and checking if he has allergies and what his likes and dislikes are. Louis absolutely loves the both of them and didn’t want to leave. This will definitely be our regular groomer going forward. Thank you Sophie and team for being so amazing and loving towards Louis. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a dog.

Our 6 months old Cockerpoo JoJo had a full groom at foxy groomers a few days ago. Her first ever groom was at a local groomer and was just horrible. The cut they gave her back then was horrific, and it was all blamed on her apparently acting up and not behaving and then therefore not having a choice but to basically skin shave her entire face :(
I was a bit worried to try a groomer again, but JoJo was currently in the phase of her puppy coat slowly decreasing and some very dense curls developing in her adult coat, which resulted in matting and knots even though I brush her every day.
So we wanted a groomer that will cut her short, without making her look like a clown again.
Apart from that I have a strange thing of really disliking the type of style that gives them an extreme “beard” , just out of personal preference.
But I thought we’ll just try, foxy groomers have incredible reviews, and whatever happens happens... mainly hoping the dog would behave.
My partner dropped her off there, and said they were SO nice, JoJo couldn’t wait to get inside :) their Covid-measures were great and he was able to let them know roughly what we wanted, and felt safe the whole time while doing so.
More or less 1,5 hrs later they let us know that she was done and he went and picked up the happiest fancy looking puppy :))
She had a beautifully even and smooth cut all over her body, so precisely and perfectly cut! Her face was all neat and beautiful, and she didn’t have that typical beard (to my absolute relief) even though I hadn’t even told them that I’d rather her not have it. Are they mind readers? I don’t know but I know I love them 🥰My partner was also told by the lady (who’s name he didn’t catch, sorry!) that JoJo behaved great for a dog her age, and loved having her groom.
Another thing that I can’t praise enough, and thought I’d write it here as it seems to be an issue for lots of people I speak to:
The smell :) after the first groomer experience I had to give her a rinse as soon as we got home because her smell was so intense it was nauseating.. as if they had bathed her in a tub of perfume and baby powder or something.
After foxy groomers her smell was just perfect, clean and fresh and super subtle , but not at all chemical and perfumy, which is a huge plus for me.

We took our dog to Foxy Groomers for the first time (and for first groom ever) today. They were absolutely fantastic, so clear and also had a very safe covid-19 procedure. Our dog was really matted so he needed quite a dramatic makeover, but he came out bouncing and clearly very taken with the team. We'll definitely be back!

Sophie and her team are super friendly and take great care of my dog and her very curly coat. She always comes out looking great :)

Sophie and her team are wonderful! She took such great care of our cat, Finny. He’s so happy and loving his new do so much he’s purring and kneading with excitement. New regular clients!

Wonderful groomers, and Sophie always goes above and beyond to make my rescue dog comfortable. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

CAT GROOMING I took our dear little 7 month old Scottish Fold kitten yesterday to Sophie and in a space of around 45 mins she's managed to clip his nails groom him and remove some matting of his long hair. When I arrived he looked so relaxed sitting there. When I got him home he was a different character just so happy and content. We will be back very soon. What a fantastic job!!!

Foxy's groomers are amazing. Sophie and her team always do a wonderful job with my cavapoo and she has been going there since a little pup. She is always very happy and exciting when she realises she going to Foxy's and always comes out happy and looking fabulous. I recently had to take her to a different groomers which made me realise just how special the service is at Foxy's. I can't recommend them enough!
