Brought our Miniature Schnauzer for his first grooming. The team really made him feel welcome. They offer a puppy grooming session to get them used to it. He stayed there for 1h and looked stunning when we picked him up. He loved the experience. They really looked after him. Also gave us some more tips for his grooming and training. First impressions are so important and you just got a new regular client. Highly recommend the groomer. Thank you!

I would rate this dog spa 10 stars if i could, for years we have gone to a local vet who charges us £150 to put our dog to sleep to cut his nails as he is a nightmare and hates having them done to the extent where he would pass out. After speaking to the lovely woman on the phone who said to come down as soon as we could as they have this special harness they use to keep dogs calm when they cut their nails. Absolutely amazing, instead of £150 every time to get his nails cut they only charge £6 for such a lovely professional service! Definitely will be coming back here again, thank you so much!

I visited today to get my dogs nails clipped who is extremely nervous and I had been unsuccessful with other groomers. They did a great job and we’re very friendly. Will be returning

Fancy booking an appointment with your two cockers weeks in advance only to turn up to the appointment and the groomers don’t want to do them. Her whole demeanour was un welcoming. It’s straight forward you idiots. You have an appointment and then when the owner arrives you take them in and do the f job! No these lot uhm and ahhhh. All I did was worry to leave the dogs with them. Telling me it’s at my own risk leaving them.

The groomer seemed put off by a minor few knots the girls had. Normal considering they have just come back from holiday boarding. With this weather I hoped to have them shorter to help them cope with the heat but we couldn’t have been made anymore unwelcome.

They moaned how hot it was yet no dog at the back or at the front of the shop seemed in distress or was panting. It wasn’t you just couldn’t be asked to work!

Unprofessional, time-wasters, liars. Simple as that really. Why take the booking if you couldn’t be bothered to do it. I made this weeks in advance.

Now left to look for another groomer with weeks of further waiting. With dogaholics you can get an appointment straight away. Now I know why they are not popular at all as other groomers are booked by weeks or months. So disappointing. 🤢

I went into Doggielicious today to get some raw mince. I was shocked to see the freezers empty and the store was quite empty there was no one in the store only a lovely lady trying to groom a dog and to try help me to see the food I wanted for my dog but had none. She said the order has been placed. This is all while she is trying to groom it has new owners and all I can say is the actual food and treats part of the shop has gone right down the pan. The groomer is running her arse off. Poor lady I really do hope this business get the attention it needs I won’t be shopping there anyway I’ll go the k9 catering.

Me and my hubby have only had our boy rocco for 3+ months and weren't sure how he'd react to his first ever grooming session and selecting a place was a hard choice but we chose here as it had good reviews and I thought they would do it justice....I was worried but when we arrived we walked in and the receptionist lady was very kind and friendly! The lady I think named Lauren was our groomer and she's obviously a dog person because a little over an hr later when we went to get him he was so so happy and excited she took time to play with him and gave him some treats just really lovely and he let her do his nails and ears which I usually struggle with so we are amazed and so please with this groomers salon and the staff! He was just so excited he got to play with the other dogs who were there too when we arrived just all in all an amazing experience for not just us but also most importantly our boy and we won't hesitate to bring him back when it's time for another clean up he smells delightful and feels like silk! Not to mention they gave him a cute lil bow the price was also very good! thanks so much dogoholic for making my boys first groom a great experience!

Went in to look for a treat after a vets visit. Member of staff didn't acknowledge our existence and spent all her time trying to upsell another customer. Staff members outside chatting failed to spot the potential customer holding a brush to buy and wanting to buy a selection of treats. A simple 'won't keep you long' or 'be with you shortly' would have saved the sale - walked out, brought nothing and now wouldn't consider the store for grooming or other services.
