Took Sparkle and Daisy to be groomed, over the moon with the result. The staff are brilliant the shop is beautifully clean, will definitely be going back for the girls grooms, so so pleased with result. Popped in to stock up on dog treats. A good range on offer and staff happy to chat through the products. Felt very welcome and would be happy to return.

Took my bulldog here and he was treated fantastic. Lots of love care and attention for my dog. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are very polite. Always very helpful and will always do best to fit my dog in for an appointment. Would highly recommend anyone wanting a pet to be looked after and pampered with all the treatments available. They also have a range of goodies for your pet which are also reasonable with price.

Fantastic service, Sue & Amy groom both our dogs and they always do a fantastic job and the dogs don’t get stressed in the slightest. They also have a great range of high end dog food, clothing and treats to buy in store! This is not the usual run of the mill groomers, if you want quality service and quality doggy goodies then this is the place to go!

Posting on behalf of my father: This was our puppy Aida’s first visit to a groomer. I felt that this was an ideal opportunity to build a rapport with both Aida and myself, instead I felt there was no interaction with either of us. This was an ideal opportunity missed to have a customer for life. Very disappointed. The store was well presented and clean, however, let down by the staff. Will not be returning.
