Staff were very friendly, my sheepdog who is weary of strangers was very comfortable there and they did a brilliant job on her coat. Very calm influence and will definitely be going again. Thank you girls 😁

I took my collie rescue here. He had never had a groom before and was extremely hesitant having certain parts of his body and Paws touched. The staff were all welcoming when I dropped him off and amazingly understanding about the facts above with a promise to do what they could with him. Riley came away from gorgeous paws looking and smelling amazing and now as soon as we pull up he can't wait to get through the door and into the bath. Thank you Gorgeous Paws and staff for all your hard work and patience with him. We certainly won't be going anywhere else.

Let me down last minute and now having difficulty finding another groomer with availability before December. Won’t use again

Excellent service I brought my Newfoundland in for a full MOT came to pick her up she looked like she was ready for a night on the town the lady owner I got chatting with was very kind and professional I will definitely be returning as I have a booking in a 6 weeks later Merry Christmas to those gorgeous paws and those that are reading this message

Great customer service, my dog came back clean and fresh. Price not too high. Overall everything ok.

They were amazing with my miniature Poodle. She is nervous of new people but they took their time with her and did a fabulous job with her bath and cut. Would 100% recommend bringing your dog (or cat) here.

Firstly the welcome from ‘some’ of the staff was less than welcoming, standoffish borderline rude.
Secondly after paying upfront (£45)when we took Keith we were informed of a 30 minute time limit, that we hadn’t heard about previously.
Keith’s matted notts we’re removed but trousers/bum were not touched at all.
We are now going to have to pay to take him to another establishment.

All of the above being said, when we took Keith 18 months ago the ladies were fantastic with him. Brilliantly pruned afterwards. I can only assume new members of staff have taken over on the cat department which has led to in my opinion a much worse experience.

Dogs maybe different, but if you want your cat groomed I would avoid.

Phoned last minute and they fitted us in for bath, blow dry & teeth clean. Very friendly, professional and amazing with the dogs. Would recommend and book again. Thank you.
