Lovely owners & staff... truely home from home for our family pets Jessica & Pollie.. they love staying there for holiday... we are assured our pets are well looked after and become part of their family whilst staying... in fact they are made that welcome; Pollie doesn't want to come home at times ... They both love going to stay... Thank you xx

Eddie our shih tzu was treated really well on his first visit i did pre warn them that eddie was very un co-prative lol but he came back looking lovely ... just booked him in for his 2nd visit

From first contact with Natalie it was a first class experience for both myself and Luna my labradoodle. I can thoroughly recommend the professionalism and care that was given to Luna during her teeth cleaning. Well deserved 5*s.

Excellent service, looked my dog very well. He looked soo much better when I picked him up. With this heat it seems to have relieved him from all excess fur. Staff friendly, will definitely use them again.

I took my 9 month old Jackapoo puppy for his first trip to the groomers on Saturday. The whole process from booking to paying was fabulous. I made an appointment with the lovely owner who was most helpful and explained the whole process to me along with the covid rules. As it was Hari's 1st time I was allowed in with him. On arrival I was greeted by Jacob a young and very friendly young man who put Hari at ease very quickly. Laura, another very young and friendly assistant washed and dried Hari while Jacob was completing the grooming of a lovely working cocker Spaniel. When the Spaniel was fully groomed, Jacob groomed Hari and clipped his nails. Both Jacob and Laura clearly love dogs and although they may appear very young I can honestly say they were so caring, patient and knowledgeable and did a great job on Hari. We are thrilled with the service provided by everyone at Bow Wow Wow and would have no hesitation in recommending their services. We will be back....
