Fluff n Stuff Pet Groomers

had my fluffy long haired malese done. she had a few matts. nothing too bad though, said we didnt want a lot off. poor dog came in nearly bold. a feature maltese/ bishon have is their big head fluffyy long ears n tail. well that was all gone . tail skinned like i pig. head all gone and ears skinned . awfull and no need. didnt mind loosing all fur off body but she looks awfull and its gonna take mths and mths to grow back. shes gone from looking white n cute to looking like a skinned gremlin. id rather do it myself as let anyone again just grade the lot off. her face is unrecongnisable. why her face and head was bolded is beyong me. doesnt even look like a maltese now. ashamed to take her out looking like this

I have just had the most wonderful first time grooming experience with Catherine. She has clipped my two Cairns and they now look beautiful. Long fur and the muddy countryside does not bode well for a well-groomed look! I was most impressed that she advises if an animal needs full clipping and will walk away from a client if the client still insists on a comb through, as she feels it to be cruel to put an animal through the stress of a severe combing if she feels their coats have gone too far. What more can you ask for? I now have a groomer who puts the well-being of my animal first. Don't complain if you agree to be clipped back and then realise what has had to be done after the event!..... Don't be put off by one bad review...... I know I appreciate good service and honesty. My dogs are now gorgeous looking once again - one of them I have included as a before and after photo shoot. A great improvement I think you'll agree!!!!

The lady came to help our cat, his fur had become quite notted and was in pain when we touched the area. She has a very calming way with our pet and tried to put him at ease. Would definitely recommend

We have just had Max groomed once again for the fourth time by Catherine from Fluff n Stuff, she explained as she has every time that due to his coat being matted that she would have to shave him back, as she has done every time she has been, I am quite shocked after reading some of the reviews on here as Catherine is very professional at what she does,
We would not use anyone else, both our dogs are at ease with her.
Highly recommend her to family and friends as we have already done.

It does make you wonder if some of these reviews are actually from real customers, we would not hesitate to recommend Catherine. It seems very strange that after a good review there always seems to be a bad one straight afterwards. Sour grapes springs to mind

My poodle came out practically bald!The only reason I gave 2 stars is because she said she'd have to start from scratch as he was overgrown & would "just shave it off!" I thought she'd leave a fluffy top knot & ears as poodles usually do,but no,she did shave it all off!I could have saved myself £30 & done it myself!

Best cut my dog has ever had she looks beautiful I will be highly recommending you to all my friends and family! Thank you once again for an excellent grooming service xx
