Best all-in-one place for your fur babies in the valley. Kim and her team at the Groom Room are amazing. The variety of food, treats, toys and leads etc for your pet is fantastic. The staff are great at giving a helping hand if needed, and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone with a fur baby.

My first visit here ensured I would be a customer for life. Jess was amazing with her advice and was so understanding and helpful with a few things in regard to my rescue Labrador. The owner and other family/staff members have also been really fantastic.

Don't be fooled by they name! They definitely sell more than pet hearts. Excellent selection of products with the knowledge needed to point you in the right direction. Superb service. They definitely have a heart.

If you raw feed your dog this place is ideal.lots of choice and free delivery for orders over £7.50 in local Post codes. Accessories and treats galore. Not just for dogs l pets catered for. Friendly and very helpful staff.

I have used this place on numerous occasions before and they have been great, quick delivery etc etc.
Unfortunately my more recent experience not so great, I placed an order about 8am on Friday morning well before the deadline of 10am for same day delivery. My order never turned up on Friday and I had a little dog food left so I thought maybe it will turn up over the weekend .... nope!. So off I go and buy some more to tide us over, I emailed on Sunday to let them know that I didn’t have it, I got a reply on Monday morning. Apparently the driver had knocked on my door on Friday but there was no answer (there was 3 people in all day) so he left it on the door step...... (nothing on the door step).
I eventually received my order just before 3pm on Monday afternoon. Sadly I thought there would be a gesture of goodwill with it, bag of treats, anything really by way of apology or just for owning the problem for delivering my order 4 days. It’s really put me off ordering again.

I was offered a gesture of goodwill of some treats for my dogs, but I would like to point out that I received my order then emailed them to let them know I had received and that I was disappointed there was no gesture to take ownership of the problem. I was then emailed back and offered treats, I decided not to reply too little too late.

I didn’t let you know that my order hadn’t arrived until Sunday as I had work/life commitments, hence needing the order for Friday, Sunday was my earliest convenience.

My order was 4 days late, my order was not left on my doorstep, maybe it’s possible that the driver left it at the wrong address???
