Pets at Home Greenford

I went in here as I was in the area. I tend to find I spend a lot on my pooch, as he is so adorable.

Even though I had never been here before, I was able to find everything I needed without asking a member of staff. Having said that, the staff generally have their own pets and love to chat with you about theirs and yours. This was car on this branch.

The bonus is you can take your dog in with you.

Very helpful staff.

Easy to find products and a good variety to choose from

Yesterday's experience could have been better! Only one staff member on the till. He was unable to assist me with the harness I required for my puppy. He called for other staff to help, but nobody came. He told me to wait as he had to help the customers at the till first. When he had done that, he started helping me, but as soon as people starting queuing up at the till, he just left me midway and said he couldn't help me as he had to serve them first. BUT I was a customer too, I thought that was very rude of him, to just disregard my needs and help. Another member of staff came to the tills when it was 5 mins before closing. Luckily, another kind customer helped me to find the correct harness and showed me how to put it on the puppy. When it was time to close the doors, all the other staff appeared from the back office presumably, obviously they were hiding all this time, but were keen to lock the doors!!!

Good place for most of your pet's needs! Got some nice shampoo and tartar water and powder. They could have a bigger variety of leads.

Good selection of pet products, highly recommend Pets at home as a trusted pet product store.

One thing to watch out for is the parking. This retail park gets really busy and the parking wardens are militant

A big thank you to Connor and the team in Greenford. Connor helped my daughter and I consider introducing a hamster to our family. He took his time to educate us about keeping a hamster safe, healthy and happy. He clearly cares about the animals in his care and wants to make sure they are homed properly.
A real credit to his team, company and profession.

I booked a full groom £50 with a puppy…

I booked a full groom £50 with a puppy spa (free) threw in free as a club member.
I was told it would take 1.5 hours. But I waited outside anyway. All done in 35 mins.
After reaching home then I noticed the cuttings were uneven in several places.Unprofessional finish..my daughter made a joke she said it was like having a hair cut at a street stall. But the price was not street stall price.

I personally would not use them again.
Will try another place definitely.
