Pets at Home Colne

Nice store,well laid out. Friendly staff. Not sure i like the live animals in the smallest of tanks. I felt uncomfortable seeing them. However the rabbits had plenty of room and seemed healthy and peaceful. I'm aware that this can be a great attraction for children but personally i don't agree with this practice, especially with the small tanks.

Not sure where Rotherham comes into this as Teddy had his annual check up / jab at the Colne branch early this week. Delighted with the service and advice. Little lad no side effects from the jab so all good.

Not sure why it says Rotherham in the title as this store is in Colne, Lancashire.
This store has everything I need for my cat and a good VIP card which gives me vouchers for money off items in store.

Well layed out store with lots of treats and supplys for your furry friends. The vets are also great in looking after your pets. The staff have a wide knowlage of the products too.

Always received a warm welcome from the staff. We only go to collect our cats monthly treatment & on the 1 occasion our cat sweep had an injury/ Infection the care he was given was 💯% .. Highly recommend pets at home.

1st visit here to see the Vet's situated on the next level, I had to walk up a long flight of stairs, caught my breath once at the top. Pleasant reception area with ample seating for clients/animals. The receptionist was lovely, I didn't wait long to see the vet with my pre appointment, I brought my x2 Male cat's for Pre-Op consultation. Everything explained well & I also left with a price list for future services on offer at the practice, & info for the op. I did struggle to find parking nearby, but because it's peak Xmas shop time, I had to park far away. There is a very large car park as is lot's of other retail outlets at the retail park too, & petrol station. Vet's is easy to get to, straight off the M65, then 5 mins over roundabouts.

If you have an aquarium. Don't follow staffs advice as 100 per cent solid. A few have no idea what they waffling on about just as long as PaH gets a sale. Do your own research as they knowledge is everything as wellnas power. I use them for fish food. Live plants, yet wash them with warm water and leave isolated in case of snails. I loathe snails. Some good deals on other items if you look around. Friendly staff and will do water parameter check of you ask nicely for nothing. Nice store. Nice staff. Good variety of fish.

We've given up going . Its not been good last few times we took our dog. Never see the same vet , receptionists ignore you for ages. And the poor dog was terrified on the last visit some person didnt control their dog and Coco was traumatised.
