Pets at Home Waltham Abbey

Is located in a small shopping Park with parking. It is a fantastic shop for all the pet essentials.
It is also lovely to visit all the pets for sale especially the rabbits.

I came here to buy fish food for my holiday. I have a single goldfish and the only holiday fish food available was for tropical fish. I asked the friendly staff for help and advice which they gladly gave. The chap on the till was the most helpful and informed me the tropical fish food simply has more protein in it than the goldfish holiday food would have done (which was out of stock at that branch) so it was safe for me to give my pet the tropical food. I'm pleased to say I returned from my holiday to find my beloved goldfish happy in their tank, having been fed perfectly well.

The receptionist ladies are always lovely and very helpul however, every time we visit the vet they are never on time and we end up waiting for them good 30 minutes. Being late to the next person is understandable for like 10 minutes but today we had to wait 47 mins and we had to walk out. This is not one time. Unfortunately we had to travel from Enfield all the time but we are changing our branch.

Everyone at this store is so helpful and friendly. I do a lot of click and collect orders here aswell and it's so easy and convenient.

Nice staff, very pleasant, only marked down as the prices on the tank dont see correct, £18.50 for a piece of rock with Java on it when I got to till-realy unreasonable priced.

I bought some guinea pigs and was really impressed that before they sold them to me they checked thoroughly that I knew how to take care of them. Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, I was really impressed.

In and out in 5 mins got what I needed..parking is a bit crazy at busy times I.e weekends but weekdays is easy to park very helpful staff ...all good 👍

Pls find new stuff for the fishes area because the personal what u have there are rude and unprofessional plus they don’t really know what they are doing
