Nice shop, nice people.. they certainly love their pets!

We have been meaning to write this review for a while. We would like to thank the whole team for the care and compassion they showed when putting our lovely Labrador, Murky, to sleep. He was and old boy and we shall forever be grateful for how you handled him in his final moments. He is sorely missed.Thanks once again.

Really lovely, caring and helpful staff. Especially Karen the vet. We really liked the guinea pig set ups too they had plenty of space and hay and looked very happy.

Very helpful staff. Plenty of stock and caters for a wide variety of pets. Spacious sales areas. Good sound advice generally given and they refer you to qualified advice if they are unsure.

Good store, sineage could be a little clearer as well as merchandising. Struggled to find what I was looking for, and when I found it the range of cat food was lacking.

I was surprised to find a good assortment of food, toys and accessories for budgies. The first store I was really satisfied with. The assistance and check out service were excellent. I definitely will buy here again.

The staff here are amazing and I have to be careful here as my home could quite easily look like a petsat home tribute center 🙈 lol easy 5 stars++++

Wow, charge to take blood and then they want to charge for telling me the results, talk having their cake and eating it.
WON'T be ever using the vets or store again.
