Pets Corner

As a new rabbit owner, I am keen to feed and look after our 2 new family members properly. I visited Pets Corner 3 times in the last 2 days! On Sunday Susannah (Susie) helped me on both visits, giving me valuable insights and advice on my purchases. Today another staff member shared her advice on rabbit care including the nail clipping which I am very wary of. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well laid out and comprehensive for all your pet needs.

They run puppy hour weekly which we love! The staff are always helpful on picking out treats and toys suited to your dog. You also get 10% off if you take in your puppy which is a fab perk 😍

The grooming is a bit pricey so isn’t quite suited to us, but we love everything else!

Just amazingly helpful service and product knowledge. I was served initially by Carly and I returned to buy again and was served by Amy. Both times I was helped quickly, cheerfully and efficiently.

Great store, lovely staff, took our puppy for a little puppy class to integrate and play with other puppies, on the Saturday morning, gave us a chance to talk to other puppy owners.

I visit the shop in Beaconsfield most weeks and the staff are always friendly and happy to help in anyway that they can. Highly recommend.

This shop is layer out so well with great variety of pet merchandise. We went for the puppy party with our 18wk old and can honestly say it was the sweetest thing. The staff were all really lovely and very supportive to all owners.

Really strange experience with rude staff. We were purchasing a slip lead on advice of our vet and breeder, only to be cross examined as if we needed the shop assistants approval to make the purchase. I'd suggest you ask a customer if they require advice or assistance before you decide they are incapable of making choices for their much loved pet.
