I really like this place, when I was living in London I used to come with my two French bulldogs often to get things I needed like treats and toys. The staff are really friendly and kind and clearly love animals. They always make a fuss of my dogs and give them a treat. When I visit Home I often take my parents dogs there and they always enjoy going to the store.

So overpriced - Harrods pet shop, when they had one, was cheaper. Beware the ‘drying boxes’ they use to put your dogs Into. Never trust a groomer who doesn’t let you see your dog being groomed. A little like a restaurant that’s eager for you not to see the kitchen. Affiliates with Battersea dogs home it seems, which is bizarre since this is a business first and foremost, avoid this outfit if you love your pooch.

For business reasons I spend most of my day in Kensington, and Of course my little furbaby is always with me. I foundt this pet shop because I was walking my Yorkie and he stopped in front of their door. and I’m impressed of how many good and healthy treats they have, strong and funny toys (as Trump). My dog must to follow a very strict diet and I don’t have problems to buy the treats for him here. The staff is composed mainly from
Girls , all lovely and always very attentive to my needs. They are genuinely lovely people. It’s always a pleasure to go there and buy good treats for my little boy. My dog loves this store and he always stop there and as he is very spoilt boy I always go in and buy something for him. If it would be different people probably I wouldn’t stop by but I feel like they love what they do and they love pets. Plus they support Battersea dogs and cats home and this is a PLUS for me to go there as my Yorkie is a Battersea’s rescued dog. Thank you for all the support you give to Battersea. Good job.

I have taken my dogs to this specific groomers a handful of times and each time I have taken them it has gotten worse. They almost never respect how you ask them to groom your dog, they do what THEY think is necessary (which they technically don't have a right to do). Many times they have used the excuse of "shaving the your dog was the only option", "Your dog was so matted that there was nothing else we could do" "Really they should have been sent to the vets for a shave off because it was so bad I shouldn't have been doing it". I mean the excuses are endless, they truly have an answer/excuse for every fact comment and question. It has become evident to me that they do not have any dogs best interest at heart & only care about the money. After the groomer completely shaved off both of our dogs at our last appointment, and lots of complaints to them, we were told "The groomer only has 45 minutes per dog, so she has to be efficient" This should not be the mentality of any dog grooming service. I am extremely sickened and disappointed with the service I have received from pet pavilion Gloucester Road and can confidently say I will never be sending my dogs there again.

Great for caring and professional dog grooming. Our dog always looks great when she has a groom.

I have a very large Bernese Mountain Dog and their groomer did such a lovely job with him! It’s the best groom he’s had in London and am very happy with their attention to detail with his trim all over, plus they wonderful job of cleaning his teeth as an add-on service. We’ll definitely be back 🐶

The location near the natural history museum was very cute and the young lady who helped us was extremely friendly and gave us a free box of dog biscuits with our purchase. I can't wait to go back the next time I'm in london.
