Vet service in the store. The girl with the large lashes, is very helpful. Nothing is too much for her

Visited on Thursday to buy some new dog food to our puppy on as she had been continuously vomiting since we got her. I asked for some advice on the different types to food to help with making a choice are there are so many options and I wasn’t sure what would be best for her. The staff get training on nutrition and Becca was absolutely amazing. She took time to ask about our puppy and what the problem was, explained what all the different ingredients are, the pros and cons as well as sharing her own experiences. Really helpful and genuinely cared. Thank you Becca for everything!! Pets are home Newgate Lane will be our choice of store from now on!

Friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the products and keen to help. Good range of pet stuff in stock, but then it's a pet shop, so you kind of expect that, don't you? You can also take your animals in with you, and all the staff seem to be animal lovers too.

Product offered for sale as reduced. When we got to the check out...had to pay full price. There was no sign of it being a mistake, but we still had to pay full price!

To the Manager George and the Supervisor Lorraine , I can not thank you both enough for the first class services you gave both myself and my partner today in The Newgate Lane store.
