The staff are always very helpful and seem to be very knowledgeable about the products

Staff here are so friendly each time I visit. They have helped me choose the right crate, sorted out a halti lead, given advice on a medicine cream for a small sore on the dogs leg and printed out a new dog tag. Thank you for the great service.

I don't often go to this pet shop but every time I go the staff are friendly, they say hello when I walk in, they are helpful if I cannot find something and the chap always offers to carry the hay to my car. I have never had this offered in any other pet shop, so it is great if you have mobility issues or have a lot of bulky things to carry to the car.

Amazing, polite, cheerful and helpful staff. I enjoy coming into the pet store to view the great range of products they have. They always try their best to answer any questions I may have. They give GREAT advice & great recommendations too. I won't use any other pet store now!! They are so welcoming to my dog aswell.

I love this place! Not only does it stock Tribal (which I order online but run out from time to time) along with a good range of pet foods - the natural dog treats are fantastic! Such a good range and choice with suitability for pups to dogs.
Advice requested on first visit - really helpful and friendly.
Second time question asked and again, good advice given and ideas.
Only wished I’d visited sooner as pup would’ve loved the Saturday puppy play club!

Lovely friendly staff, massive range of products for cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters etc and also a good range for reptiles including live insects 😊

Staff are friendly and full of ideas to help us with our new puppy. The puppy hour was great for socialising and after the last one we received useful information one particular staff member had sourced and printed for us, plus some treats.We will continue to visit as our puppy grows
