Pet shop with selection of pet foods and accessories. Lovely staff but don't agree with so many aviary birds crammed into such a small shed with no room to fly around and probably had their wings clipped. Don't like how the reptile cage is so small either. They will prob say they're happy but surely not the best way to love animals.

Came to look for fish supplies, didn't have too much here so we didn't end up buying what we needed but a good supply of fish food etc

So pleased with the Santos bird cage and the service from Ponderosa. Very quick delivery quick to let me know what's going on. Had a small problem with some damage to one of the wooden perching dowels but emailed Mike and he has sent out a replacement dowel as requested. Emails answered quickly customer service excellent and my birds love their very sturdy and spacious cage. I strongly recommend this company especialy as the cage was cheaper than other suppliers online yet service was top notch. 😊

Staff were exceptionally helpful. I called to check if a bird cage I had seen was in stock, spoke to a friendly lady first and then to Chris who said they don’t keep them in store but would check if any coming in on next shipment, he called back within 10 minutes to say they had and would reserve one for me. I placed my order on the Monday and the cage arrived the very next day. Thankyou for great service. I wish this store was nearer to where I live.

Very friendly and helpful little Pet Shop. Crackers is very helpful and friendly and is always ready to give advice and tips on cages for birds and tasty treats. I bought a new cage for my Cockatiel Smokey Girl. She loves it 😍 thankyou Crackers 🐦

My go to place for pets accessories and food. Courteous staff and good prices... but the best thing has to be a very friendly Macaw in the store :)
