The staff at this store are very helpful and knowledgeable.
I have found that there is a good range of kitten foods to choose from as well as healthy treats. They also have a free of charge, weekly delivery service so you can get your items delivered to you directly without any hassle.

Love this shop, the staff are amazing especially Lynette who is very friendly and carea about all the animals. We was able to get the right bedding for out hamster when no one else had any and Lynette helped us choose the right type. Thanks Lynette!!!

Our favourite pet shop in and around Sevenoaks. The staff are extremely helpful and will take the time to help you figure what is best for your pup.

Friendly staff and wonderful range of products for fish, reptiles, cats, dogs, rabbits etc. excellent service and good quality products.

I would normally shop in another chained pet shop near by, but decided to stop in since I was in town. Wow. Great looking shop, and such friendly, knowledgeable people. I was helped by Anthony when you didn’t have the normal food we’d buy, and my puppy absolutely loves it, more so than the last one we had. We will be sure to return to buy some more More large breed puppy soon.

Beautifully presented pet store with everything you could need. It is more high-end, expensive brands in here so be prepared to pay a bit more. They did have a few bits which were reduced to clear which was good though.

As always, much more geared to dogs with a large dog section, but still some interesting and nice bits in the cat section. Staff were polite.

The shop is stocked well, is clean and tidy, but the customer service is excellent - staff are very knowledgable, friendly and so helpful- they are honest, advising customers with a whole range of queries.
They greet as soon as you walk in, also help you to the till and always make adjustments for disabled customers - they always offer to help me with my goods to the car (I'm usually parked in the disabled bay nearby), which really makes a difference - this is why I always shop here out of choice.
