Very good consistent service, friendly with better than average product knowledge. The staff have built a relationship that you don't get from the internet and there is no heavy sell. I particularly like the option to return/swap dog food if (like our fussy black Lab) they don't take to it. This is another benefit of a great personal customer service. Highly recommended.

Since our adorable Working Cocker Spaniel joined our family - back in April we’ve been very impressed with the team at Tunbridge Wells. However, I do think you should consider a reward or loyalty card - to give something back as you’re not cheap. This would be hugely helpful at a time when many of us are on furlough. Thank you!

Pets corner has 'pawfect service'. Everyone is very friendly and interested in your dog. The puppy play time on Saturday is great socialisation time. However, sometimes I am left feline that the products are a little overpriced.

We have a 10 month old puppy and we are so lucky to have a Pets Corner locally. All the staff are friendly helpful and knowledgeable and are so good with all the different pets that visit. Our dog loves to visit as much as we do.

Thank you so much to all the committed staff at Tunbridge Wells. I have been attending the Sat morning puppy club with Stanley for the last few weeks. All staff are clearly very knowledagle and go out of their way to care for the dogs along with providing endless guidance and advice on my numerous questions. Every week all staff are so welcoming, Stanley rushes in to say hello and snatch the odd biscuit from the display!!
I am so grateful and will miss our weekly visits but will certainly continue to visit for our purchases and to say hello...

Highly recommend - outstanding pet shop. The team are very knowledgeable (we have cats) and always provide superb guidance and assistance.
Our cat had an operation recently. The buster collar provided by the vet just wasn't doing the job. But with the expert advice from the Pets Corner staff we found the right collar for the job and had one happy cat during his convalescence.
Also easy to find on the edge of Tunbridge Wells with plenty of parking.

P.S. - they also sell the best cat litter we've ever used! Once again suggested to us by the team at Pets Corner.

Wonderful place to shop for your dogs needs. The staff are very knowledgeable on all nutrition for your dogs needs. I have two GSD with varies problems with food and the staff were so good that they solve all my problems with the choice of food. I highly recommend Pets Corner to shop and get good advice from. Lovely staff and always happy to help you just brilliant.

Pets Corner at Tunbridge Wells have been a fantastic support as I've navigated the early months of puppyhood! They are always happy to chat and answer questions and share advice and helpful tips. Plus, the products are excellent both in quality and range. The puppy socialisation sessions Pets Corner run were so important for Hettie in getting used to other puppies, and Hettie continues to really enjoy her visits as she gets lots of cuddles!
