Went in there just to show my brother the rabbits as he loves them so much ❤️ Lucy was amazing she even got a rabbit out for my little brother to see and I ended up falling in love with the little guy. I was talking to Lucy saying that I really want him which she told me that she can put him on hold for me. I put the £35 down for him and waited till I got paid to get everything else. I finally have him at home with me and he amazing.

Lovely shop, helpful staff, so much choice of natural treats for dogs. There is even a fenced off area to try harnesses on your dogs. Free car park, dogs welcome, lots of space in the shop.
A bigger range of Y-fronted harnesses and Ruffwear longer harnesses and this would be the perfect shop.

Good place to buy your pets products. Will measure your pet for coat.
You can also take your dog with you in store

The staff in this store never fail to impress me with how professional and kind they are. It’s rare to find a store where EVERY SINGLE employee genuinely helps and doesn’t mind answering questions no matter how random or silly it is… I can’t recommend this store enough

Recently started shopping here and can say the staff have always been very helpful and friendly! Do visit if you have any pets as there is a HUGE variety to choose from. From pet beds and shelters all the way to treats and toys!

It's got everything you need for an animal, lovely staff, willing to help, attentive and they have a knowledge of animals,
A bit pricey on stuff, and they do have some bargains,

Visited today to get coats and harnesses for my puppies. The lady who served us was so helpful, offering advice and trying on various sizes and styles, she went above and beyond. She was so lovely

Absolutely fabulous, the range of products was second to none. I know nothing about dogs and or dog food, but the young lady that assisted me was fantastic. She asked about the dog type it's age and habits. She explained what "hairy cows ears" were, what where bangers for dogs. I could have spent the day in that shop. Excellent product range and excellent staff.
