Quite simply the best pet supplies shop in Bristol! Karen and her team have supported us from the very beginning with our puppy and continue to provide us with everything we need. Excellent quality dog food, natural treats, toys, a selection of gorgeous beds which look good enough for anyone to curl up in, and sound nutritional advice which is crucial for the health of your dog. There's a real sense of community here and they will do pretty much anything to help and provide you with what you need. Go here if you own any kind of pet or just want some bird seed for your garden, everyone is catered for and you'll be well looked after.

Locally owned pet store with helpful staff. They went out if their way to help us research some issues we were having with our cats. Also good range of high quality pet foods at a good price.

We've just got a puppy 2 weeks ago, we've been going there few times already to get toys and treats. Last week, we were thinking of changing the food from what the puppy was having. The staff on Saturday was super helpful and full of knowledge we came out feeling very good about what we bought and most importantly puppy LOVES her food! Thank you 😀

The friendliest pet supply shop in Clifton with keenly priced goods. The bird seed dispensers are a great idea, using either paper bags or BYO containers. Excellent range of top quality animal food, accessories, and even has gifts for the dogs owners!

Friendly, helpful staff, and a wide range of products. Great to be able to refill bird feeders from dispensers without using more plastic!

I recently visited this gorgeous pet shop in Bristol and would highly recommend it. From it’s friendly staff to great selection of small animal products to the lovely welcoming atmosphere, it’s a great find. Overall they seem to be environmentally friendly/conscious and their hand mixed and packed bird seed and local hand made products give it a great community vibe. I will be back!

Absolute treasure of a shop. Got some bird feed with some other bits and everyone I spoke to were incredibly friendly and really helpful. What a lovely bunch!
