Northcote Pet Stores

The Northcote Pet Stores is amazing; they have the best selection of really unique products from (all over the world) lol. Especially for smaller breeds they have stuff you cannot find anywhere else and a really good selection. I always shop at Northcote for my dog Minnie. It is really central so I try to visit whenever I get her something. I also think the prices are really good compared to some other pet boutiques in London.

I think this is about the last original shop in Northcote Road. I used to visit here in the 60's! All the others are gone!
Great to see this is still here and definately need to support small businesses. Great variety of products and I guess the store could be refurbished but I know how expensive an exercise that would be to undertake and how greedy the landlords are here , so if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Have used for many years buying everything needed from food bedding toys coats for my animals never any problems everything is good quality staff friendly and very helpful and know about everything they sell. Dont find many shops like this anymore. Few and far between now

It has what you need if you're in a bind, but management is pretty lax and there are noticeably dead rodents and evidence of chewing on many of the beds/toys. I would suggest buying only packaged items...

Can only speak for the dog section, but absolutely excellent - a proper pet shop!

Staff with some great advice and knowledge of their products, a lot of which are made by small UK businesses.

The venison and other dried meat sticks are great value and break up perfectly into high value treats that also smell strong enough to guarantee your dogs attention

This is a wonderful family owned shop which much like other local shops really needs community support!

The best pet shop! There’s several which are closer to home but me and the pup love coming here - she speeds up so much once she realises where we’re going! It has an incredible range of top quality products, it’s a real treasure trove. And the people who work there are always super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.
