I ordered a vivarium off All Pet Solutions recently and I can honestly say I have never known such amazing customer service before!
The tank arrived within 2 days of ordering well ahead of schedule. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit, but I dont believe this was any fault of theirs. However, I contacted them and within 15 minutes and minimal effort a replacement was organised. Mark, Emily, and especially Kyra were so helpful and rapid with thier assistance. I cannot recommend this company enough! Other companies could learn from them! An incredible team with second to none customer focus.

There has been an issue with delivery to wrong address, although the seller resolved that straight away, and we got our cat carriers on time for cats to be transported to the cattery. The carriers are of high quality, easy to assemble and don’t require much space to store when not in use.

I was going to buy two retractable dog leads at a discounted price shown on the website of £11.70 each, when I clicked to complete purchase the price had reverted back to its normal selling price! I sent an email but heard nothing back so contacted them via chat to be told the sale had finished so could not honour price; even though it was still displayed on the website!

Stunning product, but the best part they did was outstanding. I order a product dog feeding bowl stand, but weirdly on arrival , though the box was 100% the stand foot was broken. I contact them right away , and this was their reply.
Return the broken item, we will replace it free of charge, plus refund my money that I paid for the broken one. All done in days , could not believe such speedy response and actions So to you reading this buy a top class product , your get a first class company who look after those who purchase their items

Highly recommend. I always buy my cats scratch posts from here as they are sturdy and last for months. I had a query with an order, and Emily in Customer Services was brilliant - she was friendly, helpful and responded quickly, going over and above my expectations to resolve the issue quickly. Very impressed.

I had a positive buyer's experience with All Pet Solutions when I needed a lead for my dog after losing the previous one on a walk. As you can imagine I needed a replacement lead as quick as possible and All Pet Solutions provided a well packaged lead in a timely manner. Thanks very much.

Excellent Service from All Pet Solutions. Had a problem with a pressurised filter I purchased 18 months ago. Contacted them on Monday, diagnosed, parts sent fitted and all working again (under 2 year warrantee) by Friday, so problem sorted in less than a week. Fantastic service. I did experience an issue with a heater bought back in January 2021 which failed over the weekend. I contacted the customer service and Bee dealt with my complaint efficiently and nothing seemed to be a problem to resolve. Bee confirmed the new heater will be shipped soon so thanks again Bee for your great customer service. Happy customer.
