Pets at Home Rushden

We adopted a hamster here 2 weeks ago. The lady was very helpful and informative . They even called us a day later to see how we were getting on and if they could help or advise. Lovely customer service

All your basic pet needs. Wheelchair friendly. Some items quite highly priced.

An upstairs vets on the premises.
Trolleys outside for use.
A cat area, dog area, rodent area, and aquatics area.
It can get busy at the weekends so during the week is the best time to visit. .
I do find they tend to run out of stock alot though ( see pics ) and this can be annoying if you're looking for something specific.

Absolutely disgusting 2 of the staff (female) were extremely rude to me. Never experienced such disrespect in my life. Won't be giving pets at home my money ever again!!!!

Always a good place to get the necessities for dogs. Knowledgeable staff to help properly fit leads and harnesses.
