Fabulous service on my 12 week puppy. I've been never seen him so fluffy!!! They also stock a great selection of items for pets including a harness that was small enough for my boy (a major pet store did not have his size). Both employees were super helpful and kind. Definitely recommended and will be rebooking!

When businesses feel the need to put signs like this up, you know they're just trying to make excuses for unjustified price increases. They have upped their pricing twice in the space of 12 months, which is just unacceptable when you take into consideration that they were a lot more expensive than the average groomer to begin with. They have lost a customer with us, as we are not willing to pay over £100 every 6 weeks - they're asking me to spend more money on my dog's hair cuts than I would my own! Ludicrous. Have luckily found somewhere much much cheaper.

Extorionately high grooming pricing that is taking advantage of customers. It's such a shame because the staff are friendly and they do a good job. But they are charging way too high of a price for their services, so we are not going to be taking our dog here any more, as we have found someone else local who is half the price and does just as good a job. My advise to anyone looking to get their dog groomed in this area is to look around and look for a more reasonable rate to pay.

Such a shame when greed overtakes people. Very very expensive grooms that are above the market-rate. If you want to be ripped off, this is the place for you. The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Nerea the groomer is so helpful & nice we love her. The receptionist girl is always with a big smile 😁 which I live. Very good staff here & my dog is happy to come for his dental treatment.

Absolutely delighted by Nereja's grooming of my anxious and very fluffy working cocker spaniel. He was initially unsure but relaxed quickly, adored her by the end of the first visit and greeted her enthusiastically for the second. Her attention to detail is excellent, and owner requests are carefully listened to. A really positive experience all round, we will be back in a couple of months. Great treats too!
