Very welcoming and good customer service. I bought a fish tank and went back the next day to get fish. They showed me step by step how to set up my fish tank and how to look after the fish. Reasonable price will defiantly recommend.

This pet shop should be closed down, staff are not helpfull.
They look at you with anger and not happy, they are not friendly.
They never smile and when you asked them about birds. The woman in the shop will tell you... l don't you will have to ask my son.
I brought some seeds for my Cockatiel from them the first tine.
And the last tine.
As they were infested with little black bugs.
I've had to through the whole lot away, l'm very diasapointed.
Theses people should find another line of work, don't buy from them... as you will be disapointed 110%.
They know very little about pets!!!

Tiny little shop but has plenty of animal supplies, plants, and has fish and birds for sale too.
You can pay by card. But if you're buying a live animal, you have to pay by cash.

Visited this shop for the first time today, and I found the staff very friendly and approachable.

I had several questions regarding products in the store which the staff answered fully, and it was clear they had extensive knowledge regarding all their products which gave me great confidence in purchasing items from here. Overall great experience 👍

Went into shop today. Overheard a conversation between employee
(Young guy) and a customer. Customer asked if they sell live rabbits, as he want to feed it to his snake. Yeah, right more like for Dog bait! Employee said yes, they are expensive, but I will show you, they both then went into the back. I was discussed and left! This place should be closed down!

The young man in there told me come collect my fish today for free as my last fish died because of parasites so went back there today the young man in there said go pick some fish so as I done so 3 other men came in and they started treating me and the young man said he was gonna stab me cause apparently I was blackmailing them even doe he only gave the fish so I didn’t give this negative review and Yh started treating me yet the young man thinks his a roadman or something even doe he can’t even sell fish without a issue also see them selling live rabbits for snakes if u want animals or yourself to survive I recommend not even touching the place

The photos make this place look really big and full of lots of pet things so we made the trip to take a look. Google told me that it closed at 5.30pm so when we walked in at 4.58pm to be told they were closing, I wasn't impressed but google can get it wrong. But the sign on the door said that it shut at 6pm, so I definitely didn't expect to be told it was closing an hour earlier. The pet section was roped off so I can't tell you much about that, I saw a few small cages and some birds. We walked around the accessories and I guess that then it was clear that it didn't matter that the place was closing as it took no time at all as there was nothing particularly interesting or different to see. We left very unimpressed, in fact my daughter aged eleven said 'worst pet shop ever.'

Hi, I bought a Budgie from this place , bird is lovely. But the price for it was way to much. I spoke to them I summer time I been told the cost it was £25 . But now I have paid £40 and been told if I am not happy with price thy can put bird back . Thay were aware that is christmas gift and thay spoke in different language and told me this price look like it was only because it was for christmas. Had no time to go different place.
