Pets at Home Lichfield

Today I took my daughters into the store to buy 2 guinea pigs. We had no experience so was wanting to find out as much as possible. Ella was absolutely amazing, so knowledgeable, informative and provided excellent customer service. Ella talked us through everything we needed, provided lots of information about the guinea pigs and even helped us out to the car with everything. Honestly the best customer service I have received in a long time. Thank you Ella for making our experience choosing our lovely new pets so memorable and positive!

Thank you to the lovely vet, who checked for a chip on a stray cat and also gave her a quick once over free of charge.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Dog friendly so I take my dog to choose herself a toy. But expensive compared to local independent pet shops.

Very helpful staff. Supply in loose dog biscuits still not excellent but better than before.

It's fine for what it stocks but sadly most of the dog food is not within the 10 ten recommended by professional dog owners. Always check how much pure ingredients is it do not be swayed by vets or the shop who gain commission for selling certain foods

All the staff are very helpful.
Especially two young Ladies in particular,
Who have helped me with genrial information, and help.

The store is well stocked and set out very well, the staff are helpful and polite and a pleasure to be served by. We had a chat with the receptionist for the vets upstairs and they are so lovely giving lots of advice for our injured cat so I am more than happy to give them 5 stars and a highly recommended!
For all your pets needs and advice pets at home and the vets there are brilliant!
