I adore this shop, i purchased my first snake from here a little over a year ago, the staff were lovely gave loads of advice and even held the snake for me while i got everything prepared. Around 6months ago i bot another snake from here and again staff were lovely. I always go here when i can (i dont drive and live quite far so cant go often) and i am always happy with the service. The prices are a little high but worth it for good products and healthy animals x

What a fantastic place. Went in there for some advice on gecko's, they talked to my daughter about them and got some out so she could hold them. Really helpful and spent time talking to us and answered our questions as well. Will be going bavk to purchase what we want and to get the gecko as well.

Went in with my son looking for a corn snake for him and my other half, and was basically made to feel stupid, told me to do my own research (which I've done bits) but wanted more advice from an 'expert' because it would be the first snake they've owned, was then told my son obviously isn't interested because hes looking at other animals so to wait until hes older. Poor customer service.

Reptiles are kept in good condition, staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and they do a fairly thorough background check on customers to make sure their reptiles are being sold into good hands. All in all I'm quite happy with them and their service.
