Shocking,
Rabbits had no hay what so ever and all the animals have is a food bowl and water bowl in their cage, no enrichment in with them what so ever.
All animals looked like they hadn't been cleaned out in weeks either ,terrible place.

Great staff ,always buy pets from here and also pet food. Wont go anywhere else keep up the good work. If I need advice regarding my pets they are very helpful

Please don't go there, the owner doesn't care about those poor animals!!! Knows nothing and advising wrongly. The store itself is dirty and would need a pressure washer to make it look good!!!

Disgraceful.
I've been shopping at Martins many years with all my animals, and spent many many pounds . Today I was refused entry to the store because I had a small dog on the lead ( we have been in before many time)
Why ????
Because the nasty vicious cat that is housed there could not be removed by the female assistant, and tried to bite her .If you can't control it remove it or loose customer s
No I won't be going again

Really good I love coming in and see the pets and I don't leave till I bye something I byed 2 horsfield tortoise and I byed afrecan mice from hear really good I all ways come in this shop staff really nice and supported when I need help

Guinea pigs are really happy now and have settled in comfortably in their new home! Great service and helpful staff!
