Pets at Home Cannock

I took my dog (bobby) for a bath and grooming etc today
The staff were very welcoming and helpful and friendly. I was concerned because my dog is frightened of his own shadow sometimes but they were great .
The staff showed a genuine enjoyment in what they did and Bobby looked great when I collected him 2 hours later.
Will definitely be going again the next time he needs a trim thank you

Visit regularly for dog food- unfortunately they run out of pigs ears & gravy bones quite often, but more of an issue getting stock….. Enquired about Guinea pigs recently & male staff member was extremely helpful! Gave us all the information we needed, recommending products & how best to care for them. He did not have a name badge on but he is a credit to your Pets at Home team. They also offer pets for adoption which is very nice to see!

Visited their groom room where my Italian Spinone was looked after superbly and received an excellent groom perfectly completed to breed standards.

Really helpful staff that were apropriatly trained in the knowledge to help me and my partner grab the items we needed. If looking for a specific member of staff for help ask for Beth or Kelly.

Store is still going strong with energised staff and cute rabbits and hamsters. Store could be a bit more brighter on the interior though. Still good customer service and product availability.

New to area not registered with vet, but managed to get appointment same day we phoned. Girl on reception desk very pleasant as was the vet. Antibiotics and pain relief given to our dog and just 4 days later she is herself again. We were really worried about her, but would not hesitate to use this vet service again.

Visited here today had no idea about what fish we wanted or what we need and was over the moon with the knowledge the worker was and he greeted us with a smile even if we was the awkward customers. The staff member was called Tom and he was so kind and give us the correct information we’ve have now come home happy with our little purchase

Cocoa my Chocolate Labrador loves having a trip to Pets at Home in Cannock and the staff are always really pleased to see her.

She loves having a sniff round all the different varieties of wet, dry and raw dog food on offer and she always manages to find her favourite Harringtons dog food and gives it a good sniff.

Cocoa also likes to have a look at all the colourful fish in the tanks. The little rabbits running round always keep her entertained before she joins the queue to pay for her goodies she has chosen.

Cocoa loves interacting with all the other large and small dogs that come to visit the shop.

There is a large puppy section where she loves to reminisce. The toy section keeps her amused for a while. Cocoa's favourite place in the shop is the dog treats department. She is spoilt for choice with all the different products on offer.

Tip: Take a look in the seasonal department. You will find products ranging from Easter eggs and dressing up outfits at Easter to dog ice cream kits and dog cooling mats in the summer and a range of Halloween treats and outfits in the autumn and Christmas gifts, treats and outfits in the winter.
