Pets at Home Chester

My dog did you know what on the grass outside. Once I picked it up not a bin could be found. The lovely chap in pets at home happily disposed of it for me. Thank you. I went on yk buy a gorgeous dog bet which was a very reasonable price, which as you can see is a succes.

My daughter's hamster wasn't eating as his teeth were too long. I rang and got an appointment really quickly. The Vet was so fantastic and caring towards Jelly thankyou so very much for your Exceptional kind and caring way with Jelly. He is running around and eating fine now.

Love this store. Not only are the staff always friendly and helpful but, they have a wide range of everything you could need. Myself and my dog love coming on here to choose a toy or treat. Great store.

Didn't have in stock what we wanted, offered an alternative store with stock but too far out of our way, great with advice and support. Clearly a busy store to not have stock left. These things happen

Only wanted some frozen food but picked up some snails as well. Explained to staff ive been keeping fish for over 20 years to be told 'i don listen when people tell me that, as policies change'. Yes they may change but basic fish keeping hasnt (cycled tank, safe water levels). Got the snails i wanted and was happy with them. Great price on snails and food though. Free parking is a bonus but please listen when customers say they have kept fish for a number of years they will know what they are talking about! *woudnt normally buy fish from here due to amount of fish under treatment and amount of dead ones in tanks-should he removed quickly. But what do i know?.....

Store sells most pet related stuff from food, toys, various paraphernalia to medicines. We have a puppy and our focus has been on dogs. Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The VIP club is superb with money off coupons, helpful tips and advice. Quality of some of the toys are debatable. However, it might just be that our pup destroys them efficiently. Happy with this store with online shop as back up.

It was a clean and tidy place. Could find what I wanted with ease. The bed i bought for my dog is a great buy and can't wait for him to get used to it..
