Pets Corner

The team at the Highbridge store in Saunders Garden centre are super helpful and make a really friendly environment. Our puppy loved coming to the puppy hour every Saturday and is always pulling to go into the store when we are walking past. Can't recommend this place enough.

Awful customer service. I wanted two frozen rats from a bag in the freezer. I took the bag to the till and was asked to take them out myself. I said I would rather not touch them and did he have gloves. He did not answer and took them out with bare hands. He then had the cheek to ask me to put them back. I told him that I would never come back.

Excellent service . All the staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Staci in particular has been a star in helping me with everything I need for my Puppy -Flo. She even remembers her name. Thank you

Staci from Pets Corner is absolutely fantastic. I had of Pets Corner but when I asked people if they knew puppy socialisation and there was one at Pets Corner. Staci got back and said come along. I have never felt so welcome. More specifically I needed knowledge on food for my 7 month old Collie puppy and Staci was very informative about what nutrients was needed. Gave lots of advice too.
Definitely highly recommended Pets Corner.
And all the other staffs are fab just that when I was there it was Staci who served

I have been coming to petscorner for many years and always found the staff friendly and helpful and take quality with you.
What really makes this pet shop stand out from the rest is the puppy hour they have every Saturday morning from 9.30-10.30 i mean how amazing is that,
The member of staff that runs it is called Staci she really is so lovely and her advice is really useful she helped me so much when I bought my puppy along she even taught my puppy to lie down 😀 it's just such an amazing idea to hold a puppy hour, i would definitely recommend anyone with a puppy to go along and it's free 😁

I've had a ton of good experiences here with my shy dog. We've met a number of staff members over the last few months and they've each been keen to understand my dog's problems and how they can help; I'm so grateful. Not to mention there's some really good quality and more unusual toys and treats.

Pets Corner in Highbridge is brilliant. The staff are helpful, professional but also treat you like a person and not a number.
They always greet us with a smile, always have time for you and will always help with any product information we need.
We have 2 dogs, 3 cats, a chameleon and a boa constrictor and all our pets needs are catered for with the team from Highbridge. If they haven't got it in stock they can order it and will let you know when it's in stock.
We have been to other main Pet store brands in the area but the team at Pets Corner Highbridge are the nicest and friendliest.
The big thing they could do with is a grooming salon as I have to travel to Wells for the nearest Pets Corner Dog spa and would love to have one on the doorstep that I trust my dogs with.

Had a great 1st time at the puppy play hour. A fab idea with lots of new pups and owners to meet. We even managed to find our boy’s brother
Staci was most helpful and really knowledgeable about the breed of pups that were there.
Can’t wait for next week already
