Visited here today, staff really helpful especially Bec, she is an asset to the company :)

Best service ever!! Bec menager very professional, always give me good advice for anything I need for my dogs.

Took my daughter and her pug into the shop and the dog was treated like a princess, she had so much fuss from the staff and they also asked if she could have treats going round the shop. A great selection of things on offer too. I think that the only thing I was dubious about was they were selling sausages for dogs with garlic in them and garlic and onions are toxic for dogs but I'm sure they know what they are doing.

After a walk with my two dogs, we drove over to just for pets to pick up their raw food which staff had kindly put to one side for me. As my boys were with me, I thought it would be a good opportunity to bring them in to use the weighing scales. The second I approached the doors I could see a huge smile on the member of staffs face (obviously a dog lover like me!) we all had a lovely greeting then I carried on to weigh the boys. After this, I approached the till to pay for the food. The staff were SO kind and loving towards my dogs, they asked genuine questions about them and picked up their names straight away which showed how much they cared. They had treats on hand and didn’t mind the slobber that came as a result! I honestly felt that for the 20 or so minutes that I was in store, the staff loved my dogs as much as I do, and you really can’t ask for more than that. What a wonderful store with wonderful staff. Thank you very much for such a memorable visit.

Me and my mom took our dog here today as we’ve not been before and it’s definitely the best pet shop we’ve been to. Staff were lovely they gave our dog some treats and a fuss and we’re really helpful. We was surprised there was so much variety, so many different things we’ve never seen before, if you’re looking for out of the ordinary treats and accessories it’s the perfect place. Such a large variety of dog products, way better than pets at home etc. Lovely people and lovely shop.

Lovely big shop. Staff friendly and helpful . Love that you can weigh your dog and idea off the treat station where they can try different treats. The wide range of grain free dog food. Which my dog requires. Blue loved his sprats and chicken feet . And all his other treats

I've just been in here with my two dog's for the first time. I left one in the car while with the little one and then left my choices by the till while I swapped dog's. They've both picked their own treats and the staff were so good with the dogs. They were well and truly spoilt. I even had an issue with my doggy bank account card and the lady was so patient. Well all be back although I think my fur kids might need a rise in their allowance. X

Good range of products, including various ears and hides from various animals.

Really helpful and friendly staff.

My dog is very happy with her new toys and treats.

Will go again for sure.
