Pets Corner

Went to store at Haywards Heath Friday and the friendliness from staff was very good. Introduced my puppy to them. Wanted some advice for things and was served By Maddie who was very helpful.

Beware if you need to return at item, even with a receipt! It took a good 20 minutes and, at my request a staff member's phone conversation with a manager who'd just left for the day, to receive a refund for an item purchased at another local branch. They said they had to phone that branch to check I'd purchased the item there (the branch confirmed the transaction matched to their records) even though they had my receipt, the item was purchased a day or two before and of course my card details matched! The store staff then said, despite all that, they couldn't give me the refund as they weren't part of the management team and asked me to return the next day when the manager was in. After my ensuring a manager was phoned, the refund was agreed and it was explained they'd been having some issues with people returning items. I was so embarrassed - particularly having to stand next to other customers who could overhear the conversation and as a professional in the local community.Needless to say, I'll no longer be shopping at Pet's Corner!

Thank you Victoria and the other team members who helped us buy harnesses, leads and other items for our rehomed beagles. Our two Beagles were welcomed even though Bailey helped himself to far too many treats and left a puddle in his excitement.

The assistant Mike was very helpful. He managed to find a kibble my dog enjoyed by trying him on four different ones. Thank you for such good service.

Good customer service including home delivery .Staff had sound knowledge of animal welfare and nutrition .

I just wanted to drop a note to say how pleased we are to have Pets Corner on our doorstep. Since bringing our puppy home at the end of July, we have visited the store on numerous occasions. The service we receive at each visit has been exemplary. All the staff we have met are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and clearly enjoy their jobs! My puppy loves coming into the store to have a fuss made of him and as a novice puppy owner I am extremely grateful for all the advice that is offered.

Great experience at this store. Mike really helped us pick an array of products and showed us what we needed and didn’t need. He also gave gave us great tips and advice for our new puppy. We will definitely be coming back in the future.
