Jollyes - The Pet People

Lovely staff, they gave Teddy a few dog treats after asking our permission. Items were reasonably priced including the natural dog treats. It was a great experience all around and we'll definitely pop in there more for dog goodies moving forward😊

Went to get a pet and was very disappointed, bought the cage for the pet and the cage that they were selling was from them, when it came to show them the cage that I have they said no I’m not going to sell you a hamster as the cage is too small??? So why do they sell the cages specifically for the hamsters?? If the cage is too small they should not even have them in the store. They should have told that before I had to wait for 30 minutes for someone and after all that time they say To me I will not sell you a hamster as the cage is too small or even if would be only a temporary one. I was very disappointed and the staff today, some they were really rude. If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately there’s no option for it. I was appalled by the attitude they had towards me. I will never be buying anything else from that shop ever again!!!!

Spoke to get our puppy his second injection so he could go outside afyer they did the first one. They stated that they could not do it and that we couldnt start again until a month after, after speaking to another vet they stated this was poor advise.
To go with this customer service and advise was poor.

Friendly, helpful staff who obviously love their animals. Has a good range of dog and cat food, treats and accessories. Seem to also have a good range of small animal stuff as well as some live animals who (from what you can see in store) seem to be well cared for. Usually have some good deals on as well as regular money off vouchers for members.

Rude staff members. Was in there the other week when a staff member made a young girl cry. Couldnt believe it. I will not be using these again. Prices are ok but there is cheaper out there if you look about. Yes they care about the animals just a shame they dont vare about the public

Much better stocked than the last time we went. Treats various ages size and flavour at good prices.

Large store, reasonable prices, minimal queueing. Staff are really friendly and helpful - they seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Have everything we need for our pets. This is more about convenience for me; I haven't thoroghly compared their pricing to other stores. Found a cat asleep on some weighing scales at the cash tills 😀

Right price and friendly staff. Parking small but that is not their fault. Easy access
