Pets at Home Northampton

Great for all furry friends everything they would need and want and dog friendly. Didn't like seeing live rabbit for sale don't like pet sales in shops. Apart from this friendly staff and good parking.

Found at the Riverside retail park.
Plenty of parking but can get busy at the weekends.
Vets 4 pets in store.
Grooming parlour.
Aquatics section.
A few live animals in pens near the front door.
Plenty of stock available as quite a large store.
Currently new dog coat lines added...
Till service was fast and efficient.

I was shopping in here last week and heared a distressed puppy getting groomed it was very distressed and squealing I walked down pass the groomers to check what was going on, i could see the staff getting very frustrated and passing it around each other, raising there voice at the puppy, whilst i get it can be frustrating the lady that had hold of him had a face like thunder! they just looked very unprofessional glad mine don't go here!

Fabulous shop for all you pet requirements. Friendly and professional staff always on hand to offer advice.

A lovely pet shop, I spend most of my time here. Staff are lovely and always put in the maximum amount of effort to help out their customers. I was greeted by a staff member, Hayden. He helped me for an hour picking out fish and catching them. Made great conversation and the whole experience enjoyable.

Setting up a tropical fish tank as my 3year old lad loves fish, I went in several times and was greeted by this wonderful polite lady who went above and beyond to help me get the right set up and selection of fish. I didnt catch the ladies name but she really new her fish. I now have a lovely tank set up and a selection of fish to collect soon as the water has all set and ready. Thank you for your help and answering all my questions.

They staff are always lovely & very helpful. I was able to buy what I needed & pick up a few other bits for my cats 😁

I've always been able to find what I need in store, & their delivery service is so handy for making sure we don't run out of cat food.

We wanted to buy a fish. The gurl was incompetent and rude. I will never go to this place again.
