Pets at Home Northampton Nene Valley

Brought this stuff for oreo our pet rabbit it is a bit pricey but the stuff is good the labels were wrong on the shelf though as said the plush bed was 12quid but was alot more expensive than that, it has a large variety and when purchasing fish they ask way to many questions for some reason which gets annoying

Walked in today, my dog had a broken nail and he was in pain, I couldn't remove it or help him so we went to ask for some help(my vet still in MK but we live in Northampton) not any availability to register in Northampton. The lady from reception told me to go to my vet! Didn't even look at my dog , not showing any compassion ... nothing. So the guy from the grooming really was busy holding one dog that was just washed but he came, he helped and gave his advice took him 2 minutes of kindness. The lady from reception 5 minutes of nothing just showed patronising attitude ! Not going to this vet , when we hopefully find one in the city

The cat seemed well care for. She was happy to see me. Not surecwhat happens day to day but cats kept in a small area, I expect its the same in all catteries. Only fault I can find is that she advertised her phone number but never answers it. Only seems to communicate through Facebook, which my wife has, but I don't, consequently communication can be a problem.

Took my very anxious dog de bordeaux X american bulldog here to get her claws clipped. The man was amazing and really patient. Great person who really cared. Definitely recommend.

The staff were so helpful today helping us with our new furry friend. They made sure we purchased the right size harness, helped us build her confidence and were able to assist us with our questions.

Been here to pick some buggies toys and sticks, however, couldn't find to many things to choose from and the ones we've picked were to expensive for their size/quality.
Anyways, the girls loved the experience in and we've ended up with a full bag of toys and food.
Can't say that I will recommend it to my friends or family, also not sure if we will return to short.
Must mention that the staff were brilliant 👏, the young guy at the till made our experience much agreeable 😍

A tidy store with plenty of stock. Staff are friendly and welcoming when approaching them, especially Groom Room staff. Peak periods mean longer queues as with any store.

Great range of products and variety for lots of different pets. The prices are reasonable and customer service was good. I would recommend.
