Extremely helpful team. We were stuck in the traffic so we arrived after closing time. After I called them, they organised that someone came to the shop to open it only for us. My daughter was very happy. (3 hours journey there) We bought a little, very nice Russian tortoise. It is healthy and cute. They gave us everything what needed. I am so grateful.

Amazing place! We popped in for a bit of advice about a bearded dragon we adopted & could not of asked for more help & support. We ended up going back two weeks later to buy a new baby dragon because of how easy they made everything to set up & all the care & advice they gave us. Could not fault the service we received & will definitely be regulars. Highly recommend.

Came in with a housemate to get a juvenile crested gecko over the weekend. The clerk was very nice & inviting, and the geckos looked good (lovely color, no stuck shed, all their toes & claws, prehensile dot). We were shown how they reacted to being handled at the moment. For transport we got a nice tupperwear box with misted kitchen roll. Overall a very nice nice experience.

As new owners of a Leopard Gecko popped in for some supplies and advice.

Spoke to Dan who was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring.

Nothing to much trouble and was happy to just chat about reptiles etc in general.

Will be our go to store for all things reptile now.

Excellent service and advice every time I go there. Got our beardie Phil from Paul in March and he helped us get setup. He's now grown (a lot!) and is doing very very well. Thanks guys!

We bought a female leopard gecko. Paul was very knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. We felt comfortable asking any questions or for confirmation on any research we did before hand. Easy 5 starts!

It’s an amazing place with many cool and interesting animals.. the staff are helpful and have good knowledge about the animals and they give good advice. I would definitely recommend coming here as it has a good variety, good staff and it is a very cool store.

Brilliant place, informing and constant help if needed. Even recommended a vet.. I will always buy from here as much as I can hopefully we will be back for another reptile good work paul.
