We have always had the best customer service here 👍🏼 we use this store often with our pugs

The staff were very helpful, showing me where the items were on the shelf, when I couldn't find them. The sales assistant then helped to get a heavy bag of cat litter from the shop to my car and loaded it for me.

Good vets, reasonably priced, pet shop has a good selection, plenty of parking spaces

I purchased two adorable bunnies on the 26th of November 2021. We had intentions of buying just one rabbit but ended up with two (a pairing) - best decision ever. The employee Polly was such a lovely girl! She recommended the best cage for the both of them and we purchased the cage on the spot. She answered all of our questions - we couldn't be happier! My mother absolutely adores her bunnies.

Busy but had everything I needed in the right place for a quick dash round

We drove 20 mins to get to the store for 1830 today and and it was closed before we arrived. The opening hours need updating online, it states it’s open until 1900.
