Had to make a last minute stop here and couldn’t find my ideal pet carrier. Managed to find one here but unfortunately a company near by had item similarly was cheaper but neither here nor there. My pet carrier was quite decent to be honest, it was appealing to the eye and I hope my pet was as pleased as I was for that price. There are vets available and make sure you ring before hand to avoid any disappointment. Staff very helpful with any questions and layout of the store is not to everyone’s taste

Been twice in as many days served by two different people. Both ladies couldn't have been more helpful. Going to a shop where staff are so friendly and helpful makes all the difference and I will definitely be back and can't recommend them enough. Thank you

You've been in one of these you've been in all of them. There's not as wide a selection of small bird toys but it was adequate. It seems to cater mainly for dog and cat owners, which isn't a bad thing, but can leave you wanting if you have other pets.

Went there to but everything I needed to cater for 2 kittens I asked one of the store workers to help me and nothing was too much trouble. Great place for pet supplies and very helpful friendly staff. Thankyou and I will be returning.

For some people it is a good place to meet other people with pets but for me it's all about convenience sometimes but I do most of my food shopping online

Pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Prices are slightly higher than most pet shops but lots of choice of products.
