Pets Corner

Hi, i happened on your store on Wednesday whilst shopping with a friend. I decided to pop in for a collar for my dog. I was greeted by two of the friendliest ladies, Emma and Sophie. They were eager to help and their warmth and kindness is a credit to your establishment!
The collar I had chosen was the wrong size, so I called the store to have the correct size put to one side for me. This was not a problem, i returned with my dog and had the collar fitted and enjoyed my visit immensely! I also noticed that the store was immaculate! Many thanks Pets Corner,I shall return! Quality materials but overpriced in the extreme.

First time I went in the shop there was a very knowledgeable girl who spoke to me at length about cats and the type of cat she had and the food they ate and provided recommendations.

I have been in there twice since, today included, same girl plus one other assistant just stand behind to talking to themselves, not interacting with customers, I said hello as I walked into the shop and smiled, they just completely ignored me today and on the previous occasion. They’re more concerned with talking about their holidays and gossiping about the customer who came in prior to me. She was returning a catflap System of her once they had the shop to themselves, apart from me, was extreme!

Seem to be very two-faced assistance who just do not care about the customers. Wonder how they feel about the animals? Avoid the shop it’s not worth the lack of interaction, save your money and go elsewhere

This Petshop used to be inside the garden centre but has recently this year moved to outside next to Lakeland. It has beautiful exterior and interior very modern looking and has lots of products to offer. All the staff members are very passionate animal, enthusiasts and extremely knowledgeable. Every time I shop with them, they always greet me on arrival and always offer me help. They give the most sound advice and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. They sell a wide range of good natural dog and cat food as well as a huge variety of natural treats for your animals. I will not shop anywhere else as I am guaranteed every time I go into Pets Corner I come out with the very best products. I would give this store 10 stars if possible. They are the best.

Would highly recommend Pets Corner. The staff were excellent and so helpful and informative. Our little dog loves her new biting stick, ideal for her teeth. Definitely will be visiting again.

Hugely overpriced for small pet products with a lot of products on sale which are actually dangerous for the animals they're being marketed for (such as musli food and corn cobs). No suitable small pet enclosures either, all far too small. Clearly demonstrates a lack of understanding about small pet care and welfare
