Took my Springer into get a bath, great enclosed area with use of shampoos and sprays. 5/5 Will definitely come back again

I shop here mostly for my neighbour. They have a large stock, catering for all pets. They cater for wild birds/squirrels too and the assistants are very helpful. Prices are good too.

Good selection, multiple items bought out of date, couple of toys bought lasted minutes, broken dryer left dog leaving wet (still charged us, albeit discounted), sometimes very nice staff, sometimes not. I did notify the shop of the out of date treats, 3 times in fact, they were never labelled. I brought 1 toy back - got an argument!

Found this little gem of a pet store, it is full of wonderful treats for your pets, been here a couple of times, both times have been served by the same member of staff (tall, dark hair, glasses) I have tried to have conversation with him but he has no interest and does not interact, maybe we have caught him on a bad day (twice), won't put us off though

Smashing pet shop one of the best in the North West fantastic selection very reasonable prices and friendly staff if only buying Christmas presents for humans was this easy. My goodness this shop just gets better and better in panto terms its an aladins cave well done
