Pet Pavilion

A good location for a pet shop! Situated right on the common and stocking everything you might need on a walk or at home. They are pet friendly so don't have to bother leaving your dog outside. The service is good and the products are all good quality, although expensive.

Not worth the money charged, nails not trimmed properly, fur round the pads not trimmed neatly, ears not trimmed down enough. To be honest, my dog had a better groom in under an hour for £20 in Kent!

I normally have a pleasant experience at Pet Pavilion Wimbledon. Unfortunately, today wasn't one of those days as the male manager was in charge, chewing food with his mouth open while talking to me and speaking with other costumers that his colleague was serving. I think it's and absolute shame because it's a lovely shop and I don't usually have reasons to complain but from now on I think I'm going to avoid him.

5 stars for their groomers. Polite and professional - very good groom service. They keep Lily’s Kitchen Recovery Recipe - gastrointestinal food often recommended by our vets when our doggos have upset tummies.

Amazing service, even my anxious dog loved it. Will definitely go there again.

Poor customer service. We actually stopped buying from them because of this. The staff was never friendly. With no reason most of the visits me and my family members were treated in the way like people who borrowed money from them and didn't return. I believe there is no excuse for showing such kind of attitude. There were exceptions in this pattern though - when manager was around and could see the way they treated customers.
